Hehe...I'm really excited about this, so I'm going to *force* everyone here to be excited about this as well.
Has anyone heard of the manga, "Sakende Yaruze"? I've got someone scanning it for me, and the first chapter is already being translated (already have scans of it too), so you should see it soon. I'm thinking of replacing the "Pet of Love" coming soon project with this, since this seems 10 x more interesting.
It's shonen-ai/yaoi (I think it gets explicit at times, but it's not one of those pwp one shots ^^) and it's about a seiyuu who gets assigned a new role...the uke of a CD drama. And of course, all of the seme voice actors start to hit on him. ^^ And on top of that, he discovers he has a 17 year old son...
The art is amazing. It's very much like the "Sensei!" art style, with srong smooth lines and rounded features.
*thinks* If things keep going like this, we'll have the change the site title to "Sakura-crisis.net: A yaoi scanlation site with occasional slashable titles and some teacher-student love". XD

Would it be this bad? I don?t think so.
That?s the variety of Sakura-Crisis.net i like.
I love the mix of Mangas at Sakura-Crisis.net.
It?s very nice to choose between so many
different Mangas.
That?s the reason why i love Sakura-Crisis.net
so much.
Yaoi/Shonen-ai is so interesting. I?ll never get fed up of it. So there can?t be enough of yaoi/shonen-ai out there. It?s an inspiration for me to write my one storys and to buy the Mangas i?ve read.
What would i ever do without you??

^_____^ I bet I can guess which seiyuu the various fictional characters are based on, too. They use about the same 25 actors for 98% of the drama CDs in existence, and it seems like they use less than a dozen for the shounen-ai ones...
Usually it's Seki Tomokazu, Koyasu Takehito, Inoue Kazuhiko, either Hikaru Midorikawa or Miki Shin'ichirou, and one of the several women who play light-voiced boys (like Ogata Megumi/Shinji & Kurama, Hisakawa Aya/Fruits Basket Yuki and Utena's Miki, and Rika Matsumoto/Outlaw Star's Jim Hawking and Fake's Bikky)...

Whooo, yes, my memory would never hold that much information in it. In fact, when was my dad's birthday again? *think think think*
Oh, the seiyuus aren't based off real people. ^^ The CD drama that they're acting out is actually a slightly shonen-ai-ish manga (it featured various hetero couples along with a boyxboy couple) which the author wrote previously, so it's more of an inside joke thing. (Lots of little cameos ^x^)

^^;;; I'm just a trivia sponge... in some highly specialized areas.
For example, I could name you most of the songs Ogata Megumi has ever sung, and have translated a large chunk of 'em.
But the only way I know the Beatles' first names is through Sister Act, and I don't know which face goes with which name; come to that, I'm not sure if I know all their faces... (my parents were highly anti-television and anti-pop culture when I was growing up; I was around when MTV was first created, but I was strictly forbidden to watch it...)
They're all fictional, hmm? I wonder if any of 'em are "fictional" the way Seguchi Touma (the little white-haired one who wears the furs in Gravitation) is fictional -- i.e. everyone who knows the Japanese music industry knows he's a VERY thinly disguised version of Daisuke Asakura, who was also the composer for most of the music in the series and produced both of the bands who provided the singing voices for Bad Luck and N G.
^_~
(For some reason, despite the fact that Koyasu Takehito is happily married with kids and Seki Tomokazu is one of the most notorious wild & crazy flirts in seiyuudom, there seem to be an amazing number of doujinshi which pair up the two of them. I wonder what they think of it... it'd kind of be like Star Trek fanfic writers pairing up Shatner and Nimoy instead of Kirk and Spock... @_@)
